1. Search for bio-active natural compounds from natural resoueces 2. Quality evaluation of marketed food products in Bangladesh

1. Medicinal plants of both local and mangrove origins are explored for isolation and characterization of bio-active compounds with antimicrobial and other pharmacological activities.

2. Quality evaluation of marketed food products as pasteurized milk, fruit drinks, oils, ghee, etc., available in local markets in Bangladesh. Samples are purchased from local markets and analyzed for BSTI parameters.
